Shipping 

Here is the part that most people don't like to read about, but it is important so that we have a smooth and happy transaction. 

First of all, I only charge actual shipping, this is what ups or usps charges me. I ship a few different ways.If you over pay buy a 1.00 I refund back to your paypal or credit which is processed thru paypal

1. UPS Ground -  I ship ups ground on larger orders, because most of time it is cheaper, and the first $100.00 of insurance is free. I pick up the rest, if it is over a $100.00.

2. USPS Priority Mail - I find this is a great way to ship  if you live close to me, which is Pennsylvania.

3. USPS Priority Flat Rate Box - There are two sizes of boxes that we use, a medium flat rate and a large flat rate. 

They still are priority mail, but these boxes go by size and not weight.

 For example, if you live far, like the west coast or even middle states, this sometimes is the best way to go. 

*Example of what will fit in the Flat Rate Boxes; Medium Flat Rate -This box will hold 8 single scented 6 oz bags  OR  5 of our tart samplers

.Large Flat Rate - This box will hold 14-6 oz single scented bags or 9 of our samplers.

All tarts are wrapped well for safe traveling. We do ship in the summer when it is warm and have never had a problem. 

When it becomes really hot we still ship, but only ship when one of the to and from places it is going or coming from, is cooler than the other. 

If is really hot in both places, we hold a bit until one is cooler than the other. 

I know this sounds strange, but has worked for the last 20 years. We do like to ship to a confirmed address, but if you are sending to another person, we will be happy to do this for you. 

But, please make sure you change your ship to address, in the area of paypal, where it says to ship to. 

You will also need to change the info in the shopping cart so it can calculate the correct shipping. 

All items ship 3 to 7 days after receipt of payment, faster if we are not in our busy season.. When your product ships, I will put your tracking number in your paypal transaction so you can check on it night or day or you will receive a UPS quantum email with your tracking number on it. 

Please note..we are now shipping Tuesday thru Friday, since we take Sundays off during Spring and Summer, unless it is a reopening and then we work daily until all orders are out the door
