The Keeping Room is where we make all of our candles and tarts just for you.

 Our candle tarts and candles are made from the highest quality paraffin wax and fragrance oils. There is no cure time needed on our products. 

Our business is what we call, ready to ship. All items are made and ready to send to you. Because of this, INVENTORY CONTROLS are in place. 

If you leave your shopping cart with items open for longer 30 MINUTES they will revert back into our inventory and you will have to reorder.  I can not guarantee that they will still be available. 

Please remember web site inventory can have glitches at times..we do pretty well with this..but sometimes there is an oversell..if so we refund you back the price you paid for the oversell..etc..but always try to send some samples similar if I have them.

Since we have a hold cart of 30 min we DO NOT offer combined shipping on multiple orders. Thank you for understanding

If you are trying to order an item that someone else just placed in their cart, and it is the last one, you will get a message telling you that the item is no longer available; even though it may say 3 left, there is nothing wrong with the web site. Inventory counts are not updated until the customer has paid and checked out.

 Restocking is done after I pack orders..I list on the site as I make them or pull in from back stock.

Turn around time this time of year can be any where from 4 to 9 business days.
